VINIFICATION:	Crushing and destemming, Fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature with maceration  for 6-8 days. After few rackings the aging is in stainless steel vats..
SENSORIAL FEATURES:	Lively ruby red colour, consistent. Elegant bouquet with hints of cherry and fresh violets. The palate is balanced, soft, persistent with a pleasant sweet fruit aftertaste.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS :	Grilled and boiled meat,  medium-hard cheeses (monte veronese mezzano).
